Products below 3000 rupees - 200 shipping charges are to be paid
Products above 3000 rupees - Free home delivery

Delivery charges are to be borne depending upon Zone And weight of the products as per the shipping policy.

An SMS will be received on their respective registered mobile number with their tracking id’s which will allow them to track the product and their delivering status

+Will I have to sign on the copy of the bill at the time of receiving the products?
Yes, you need to sign on the bill as you receive the product.

You can either track the details by the tracking id provided to you. Or you can reach our customer care executive directly

We are having our specific shipping agencies which assist us in delivering the products

We wish we could do that for you, but we strictly adhere to our business terms and policies

No, the orders once placed cannot be cancelled

+What is your Refund or Replacement Policy?
Products once purchased cannot be returned nor refunded except in certain cases.

+What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
Product comes in safe packaging with extra layers of bubble sheet and the product is been checked thoroughly by the team before it get dispatched. So, there is almost no scope of any damage. Still, you can reach our customer care if any such damage has been faced with an validating proof.

+My order has been shipped. But I have not received my order?
Usually, it takes 7-10 working days from the date of shipment for the order to be delivered at your doorstep. Packages might arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery timeline, please allow an additional day or two for the order to be delivered. If there are further queries, feel free to contact our Customer Service team and we will ensure that your order reaches you on time.

Only, if your order status is under processing, you can change it by contacting our customer service team. If the order has already been dispatched or is ready to dispatch, then there is no scope of changing the delivery address

+What payment types do you accept?
We accept the following types of payments: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI.

+What should I keep handy for my online transaction?
• Credit Card: You need your card, which has the details of cardholder’s name, number, CVV and the expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC/ OTP
• Debit Card: Keep your card, which has the details of cardholder’s name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC/ OTP or IPIN handy as well.
UPI: Select the desired UPI options, then enter your UPI address/ ID. It will redirect you to that particular UPI app payment gateway, enter your secure pin and make the payment
• Net Banking: Keep your account number or Customer ID as well as your IPIN/ OTP handy.

+Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
The Raplap team will never ask you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone. In fact you should not be sharing this information with anyone else.

+What should I do if a transaction fails?
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:
• Information passed on to payment gateway is inaccurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking).
• Your Internet connection is disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. Please direct all questions and further clarifications regarding the above from support@raplap.com
